Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) joined the City Government of Pasig in their relentless efforts to combat COVID 19, keeping its constituents safe and adequately supported. Through Honorable Mayor Vico Sotto of City Government of Pasig, FELCO supported lighting and electrical requirements to put up and maintain tentative quarantine facilities. Materials include LED bulbs, switches, outlets, wires, extension cords, and emergency lamps for the use of COVID 19 patients and frontliners.

FELCO prays and believes through the concerted efforts of both the government and the private sector, together, COVID 19 will be defeated.

Newborn babies, especially those that are born sick or premature, require extra nursing care. That’s why in some hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), droplights are used to keep the NICU babies warm. At one point during the ECQ, Ospital ng Maynila’s NICU staff found it extremely difficult to procure the needed bulbs. As such, FELCO immediately attended to the hospital’s urgent lighting concerns and donated 30 pieces of 25-watt incandescent bulbs to Ospital ng Maynila.
